Atlanta Holiday Mixer RSVP
Our annual Sigma Nu Theta Kappa Winter Holiday Get Together & Mixer is Tuesday, December 16 @ 6:30 PM @ Chamblee Tap and Market, 3509 Broad St Suite 400, Chamblee, GA 30341. Come out, enjoy, see old friends, and meet new friends. Alumni and collegians are welcome – collegiate will be there, so come out for a good time and prepare for the holidays, and, YES, many of us will be there before 6:30 pm.
We originally planned for this to be a week earlier, but we felt making it so collegiate members could participate was important and school isn’t out until 12/13.
The venue – Chamblee Tap & Market is owned by a Sigma Nu from Georgia Tech (Dave Heymann) and we recently discovered it when the Sigma Nu Educational Foundation held their evening alumni reception there last week. I know what you’re thinking – Chamblee! It is a really nice venue, across from the new Chamblee City Hall, just off of Peachtree Industrial Blvd, and is a nice area. They have the Bar (Tap), a BBQ joint, and a coffee shop. We have a private room that directly adjoins the bar and the BBQ joint (which is good), so we can easily spill over with no issue about extra space. Great staff too!
Come join us, have fun, some BBQ, drinks and meet more Sigma Nus than you can count on two hands and toes without having to travel to Statesboro and navigate that freaking I-75 & I-16 interchange that doesn’t ever seem to get finished. The only place in the United States where I-75 has two lanes – in Macon, GA.
