Parents are as much a part of the fraternity as our alumni and members. In fact many parents participate and attend alumni, chapter, and collegiate functions during their son’s collegiate years and well after their son's graduation. At Theta Kappa we welcome our parents participation. We conduct two events specifically for parents each year - first in conjunction with GSU Family & Parents Weekend in the fall, we hold activities coordinated with the GSU's activities and the football game, and second each Spring we hold a parents' weekend to celebrate the year and recognize some of our outstanding collegiate members. Parent's Weekend this fall was Sat., October 9th; we had a wonderful weekend with a great turnout! We are starting to plan for our Spring Parents' and Banquet Weekend which will be in the March-April timeframe.
